  This is the worst pharmacy in Travis, Hays or Williamson County. For the most part, nobody that works in that pharmacy wants to be there. Hate to say it but I transferred all of my family’s scripts to HEB. Much to my own shegrin. They may not be a whole lot faster but the Walgreens employees sure could learn something about customer service from the HEB employees. Either staff appropriately or train appropriately. The rest of the staff has no desire to be there either except for the very friendly elder man that works the front register. The manager (tall, young, short dark hair) has no idea what a smile is. And I must include 95% of the staff. But really, the manager, if you’re not happy, GET OUT! Everybody’s demeanor there is taxing on the customers. I’ve been going to that store for 4 years. It’s depressing to ask anyone a question because they make you feel like you impeding in their time and imposing on what should be their job. I will close with , it is a very clean store. That’s all I’ve got.
