  Manager Ricky was great! After waiting in the two hour line he was able to help me with a transaction that was made on 11/20/17 in order to obtain the item for the Black Friday discounted price. Ricky advised that "technically no" this was not allowed, but that he would assist me anyway in which I was thankful for. He also stated he would help me under these conditions. "One, never do this again. Two, leave us a review and tell us how great we are." I apologized to Ricky for the inconvenience. I was under the under the impression I had seven days to return a purchase with receipt, but it was apparent to me though Ricky's demeanor that this situation must have fallen outside of this due to being a holiday sale. Nonetheless I am grateful that the discount was processed. I was able to use the refund to purchase an additional item in which I was told I did not have to wait in line for again, only after explaining I had already done so to process the refund.
